Academy Class Resources
Each class held at Pegasus Riding Academy utilises as standard, a range of high-end technology features to ensure classes are seamless, professional and helps both the horse and rider operate to their peak potential. We focus on the health of our horses using cutting-edge Seaver and Whis technology, and give complimentary access to class recordings via our Pivo system for all riders as standard.
We use Seaver to keep track of session progress, and also understand, analyse and monitor the Health of our horses at rest, at work, their effort zones, fitness shape test, recovery and even stress. The health of our horses is paramount and our prime focus. A healthy, happy horse makes for a happy rider.
All classes are recorded on a Pivot tracking camera which is easy to access by parents or riders using a simple Bluetooth connection. Watch the class back, monitor progress and capture content to look back on or publish with pride.
We believe in quality and safety for both horse and rider. As such, we utilise the Whis Wireless Horse Instruction System in our classes, which transmits instructions in studio quality up to 300 metres without delay. This removes loud shouting, sudden sounds that might startle or distract the horse and rider, promoting a calm, safe lesson environment.
We are also implementing equine massage in the near future for horse health, details to come shortly.

Arro NZ Carbon Fibre Helmets are made locally and to the highest quality in Cambridge. Whilst most helmets pass a standard 60kg impact, Arro Carbon Fibre Helmets can withstand up to 100kg impact.

We recommend replacing helmets seasonally or after a fall as not all impacts are visible and the integrity can be seen.
